Bolt Service Pending Good or Bad

After using the service for quite a while, I ended up loading a few small items, one of which was an orange saw with fine blades and 1 large tooth saw blade attached to it, which I left in the car along with a yellow and black covered Hacksaw. The driver has agreed to drop off the yellow and black covered Hacksaw but he has no recollection of the more expensive orange saw with blades and my losses are R260.00 and counting. This review is pending final edit until the driver drops off the yellow and black covered Hacksaw. Bolt has not commented on this after I made contact with the driver.
