Bolt service is revolting. And no customer support exists!

Bolt drivers always ask for cash, claiming the commission the company takes is too much. However this rude driver decided to end a return trip. leaving me stranded with a child.

I have also seen how Bolt drivers commit heinous crimes on TV, a show called Sikhipha ama files on Moja Love. You can do better!

The Bolt service is revolting!!!!

I have thus far no complaints with Uber. My advise is to stick with them. The price is worth it.
