Bolt service AI and useless

On december 25th 07:30 i took bokt to christmas lunch. I had my laptop with and forgot it in bolt. No worries ill call tge driver. And so the trouble begins. Firstly there is no bolt support it is rum by ai. I later found out bokt support closed 22 dec.. Now if boltbwas effecient within in hour of realising the problem. I wud of gotten my laptop back. Instead u gey told be patient they messaged the driver. To date the driver has not responded. There offices where lost and found go is closed till the 5th dec.i had to open case which i sent the info to and AI its been esculated. To wgat everything is closed. Never ever use boltbthey are ******* have poor service. If they were effecientbi woukd have had my things back instead i now live in limbo never know absolutely poor service disgusting company never ever use them
