**** bolt service

I requested a ride with bolt. The driver's name is Lucky driving a Nissan almera phone number ***. The driver came and dropped us at our destination but unfortunately the driver mistakenly went with the keys of our house as they got left behind in the car. The driver did not bother to communicate with us about that when they were aware that our key was in his car. We came back at 2am in the morning only to find the key is not with us. We found out the driver happened to stay in the same hood. We called the driver that we are outside, can he bring the key for us. He agreed. We waited in the cold streets as it was not safe for us as girls. We called him back in a couple of minutes to find out what time he can arrive. He never picked up our call. We waited in the streets till sun was up, We called and called through out the early morning he kept on ignoring our call on purpose. He never communicated with us. We even almost got ****d by some boys waiting for the driver through out the night, we ran, but they took one of the phones we where having. We called almost 100 times even with other different numbers. Until he decided to pick up at 10 in the morning since we have been calling from 2 am waiting for the key of our house as he said he is coming. When he picked up he was rude to us that we are annoying. He's busy, we are disturbing him, he's been seeing our calls and he will bring our key when he comes to us. We met him an hour later after the call, he was not remorseful, he was laughing asking us where did we sleep. He could have atleast communicated to say what is going on instead of saying he is coming at 2 am then he ignores us and leaves us in the streets alone as girls.
