Bolt SA is unsafe for women

Had a bad experience with bolt drivers. The guy left with my house key and he refused to give it back. I was in the streets since 1am waiting for him and my key. He ignored my calls and he responded 12 hours later being rude to me. Yet the driver stays in the same hood. He left me as a young girl to sleep in the streets being exposed to danger while he had been refusing to bring my house key back. I survived being ****d and assaulted on that night because I had no where to go. Bolt drivers are full of ****, why Bolt approves such people who exposes us to danger instead of helping to protect us as women. The driver's name was lucky, it seems he was using a **** profile because the picture on the app was different from the guy who came for the trip.
