Bolt SA is unsafe and useless in helping customers actual issues plus no privacy policy held in place to protect customers

I recently experienced something so ********** with Bolt on Tuesday the 18th at 3pm my account was used by some unknown person to me and the person pretending to be me even made 4stops on my account , when I spoke to bolt and 2 of their agents about the issue and wanting to contact the driver to find out who the person was they were transporting they were non-chalant about assisting me and telling me the drivers privacy is important but the driver didn't even verify if it was me travelling or the correct person they picked up, mind you I was at work at the time all this was happening not to my knowledge and when I questioned them, what about my privacy and my personal information being shared and how the person was even given access to my account without an otp being shared to my device or my email address listed they are telling me my issue has been resolved and it definitley isn't or was not plus they saying the person had access via my email address which is highly unlikley and they would log out all devices connected to my number not even trying to make up for the inconvience of my personal information being leaked, I told them I'd be blasting them on socials and would get lawyers and the authorities involved in this as they have failed at their privacy policy of keeping my information safe while using their app the agents names are Dorcus and Mary that didn't assist me at all or even try make up for the information leaking, I mean like how safe is bolt really if anyone can just get into your profile and see all your information and use the app pretending to be you plus seeing all your trips and maybe even use your bank card to travel wihtout a simple otp being sent to notify you of a suspcious log in or an email or sms sent that someone is using your profile but after the trip the information of the trip is only shared to you via email without drivers details even listed to try contact them and find out who was actually travelling with my account pretending to be me
