BOLT SA IS *************

My blind friend and a very old, frail & sick friend of hers took Bolt this morning for a doctor's visit. On route, the Bolt ran out of fuel! The driver phoned another Bolt driver, who came and took him to a fueling station with a can to buy fuel! He left the two elderly women alone in the Bolt on the highway! 'Luckily' he got back with fuel later and they could complete the trip. It is still very, very unsettling just the thought of two old women, both with disabilities, sitting in a car on the highway in a car by themselves! I reported the incident to Bolt, with the details of the car and driver. I hope something will be done! I will NEVER, EVER use Bolt! I will rather walk!
