BOLT SA fails to protect Female driver safety on App

Pathetic company with ill-trained staff to deal with trauma and incidents and the safety of drivers.

I was ****** and violated by a request on the Bolt app. Bolt to date has not provided any driver support to me and has not paid me for the last week's earnings. Despite provided a detailed email with all details pertaining to the case; ie Investigating officer's name, Police station name, and case number. The *********** consultant still replies to my email requested the above and continues to blatantly ignore my questions on why my earnings were not in my account on Tuesday as expected.

They have no vetting process on the it patrons and have seen much blood shed of drivers.
