Bolt SA Ehailing services sucks

I'm a driver for bolt and whenever I have issues with the system or issues/queries/ for a trip or ride I did they will always be slow to assist they never offer the right kind of help and at the end of the day they just wanna blame you so they don't look bad. Bolt SA is *********** and so are the people working there.
