Bolt SA Drivers with attitude.

So I requested a ride and the driver took over 5 minutes to move. When I tried to cancel the ride it wanted to charge me R19 cancellation fee. Which did not make any sense. The driver took close to 20 minutes to get to me when the initial estimated time was 6-7 minutes. And when I ask him why he’d accept a request if he’s still busy with something, he responds me with an attitude.
