Bolt SA drivers are a ****

Bolt drivers are a ****, they put incorrect details on their profile and Bolt SA can`t even track down their own driver, I lost an item during a ride, I reported it to Bolt SA but they can`t get hold of the driver as he proceeds to more rides. Bolt SA has promised to suspend the drivers account and that has not been done as yet.
