Bolt SA your drivers are **** artists and the trend is growing. It's been almost a month and still no refund nor feedback. Book a ride from Weltevreden Park to McDonald's Malibongwe. Ride cost was R97 from R66 which I didn't mind. I jumped off 2km from the drop off point. The driver didn't stop the ride which I didn't bother to see, the following morning the trip cost I received was almost R500. Made contact with Bolt and provided all the details, kept following up and was told they working on it that I need to be patient and must stop logging anymore calls as its disrupting their investigation. I have yet to receive any feedback from you ****ing *******. When I do find the thieving driver I will repossess his Renault Triber....****z
