Bolt *****s Money

I left Uber because they used to ***** my money on canceled trips and I went to using Bolt. However today on one day alone, I have been ****** of more than R200! They took more money from me for a canceled stop They then charged me R61 three consecutive times after the app failed to put through an order request, but the money has not been refunded.

The Support line is especially useless. I have been corresponding with them throughout the day with every theft made on my account and I have recieved absolutely no assistance let alone my money back.

I would highly recommend using InDriver alone, as that's currently the obly app where you won't get ****** from repetitively! Really disappointed!
