Bolt S. A are rogues

I took a ride with Bolt today. The car did not have a boot so the driver dropped down the seat so I could keep my parcels. When I reached my destination I took out all my stuff only to find out that a parcel remained in the car. When I called the driver to ask him if the parcel is there he said yes but I have to pay to bring it back to me. I have to pay R150 just for him to bring it back to me. It's a 5kg chicken. I use Bolt on a regular basis. I dont think I would want to use them going forward. Everything that we see on social media and hear about Bolt now I know it's true. Nothing but rogues
