Bolt robs me of R31-00

On the 10th of August, I requested a bolt from Chatsworth Center to my house. The cost was R49-00. I used my card to pay for the ride. Upon looking at my banking app I was charged R80-00 for the ride. This just doesn't make sense, when I go into my ride history for the date, it gives an address which is totally different to the area I stay. However, I was dropped off at the correct address. This doesn't make sense. It happened previously but I ignored it that time. It seems like bolt robs you when you pay via your card.
