BOLT - ****** ME !!!!

I am bitterly dissapointed with the pricing guide on Bolt. I have had numerous issues but this time I will take it further and stop at nothing to advise people about this service.

I requested a ride to work this morning paying with my card. The was R 195 which was already excessive but nevertheless I accepted. There were no issues with the driver however my problem was this after I got to work I noticed I had been charged R 242.00 without no authorization from myself they just debited my account.

1. If the driver chooses to take a longer route as per the support message I received, how is it my fault ??? Did i instruct the driver ???

When I requested a cash refund into my account for the difference Bolt said that they dont do partial refunds. This is about the 4th or 5th time theyhave done this to me offering me a R 50.00 voucher to use their service which is pretty much a money making money scheme of innocent people.

Level of service is absolutely disgusting !!!
