Bolt rides keep getting bad

Hello Peter, I had a ride with this guy today who was on his phone talking in shona that I don't understand and even almost got lost taking me to my destination it is not my fir3 complaint to Bolt they never seem to sort or give proper assurance let alone feedback on one's complaints, we are in a very unsafe south Africa how do I know if that driver was talking to the other gentlemen about kidnapping or raping me... And they were on loud speaker laughing and conversed until we reach the destination where he did not even apologize for his rude behavior, Bolt cannot charge me R42 for a ride that's normally R28/R29 to be treated insolently.
