Bolt Ride request

Good day,

I'd like to report and dispute this Ride request.

1. I was charged R23.00 not R19.00 "cancelation" 2. The driver stopped at the wrong gate, my daughter was walking to him, waiving to show she was coming to the ride. 3. He apparently drove off and cancel the ride.

Please rectify the amount deducted and credit it back
