Bolt ride refund query

I have 2 rides that i cancelled and still have not received my refund in my bank account to this day. the first cancelled ride was november 15th and the second one is for 13 December. I am now refusing to wait any longer as with the first cancellation, the app said my bank account will be refunded within 14 days and now i have just experienced the same issue again with Bolt.
