Bolt refuses to pay drivers

I was driving under bolt, bolt refuses to pay me my money. It's been now over a month. They initially said my banking details were loaded incorrectly and that I should send them my bank statement not older than 3 months, Which I did in more than 1 occasion. Till today they have not paid me. It doesn't matter whether you speak to them via the app or on email. They will just mislead you. The worse thing you can't even call. I still want my money stop ****ming people.
