Bolt refunds not processed

These platform is a ****,I think we should stick to Uber once for our own safety, I accidentally requested a trip and immediately canceled before pick up or the driver gets where I was and they deducted 186rands which they now refuse to refund ,everytime I text support to follow up they tell me to "rest" imagine,Bolt is not reliable
