BOLT REFUND

On the 9th of February 2025 I requested a ride and later cancelled it. Bolt charged a R19 cancellation fee but still withheld my R594 preauthorisation fee. I have been requesting a refund since February and to date nothing has happened. They said I should enquire with my bank, which I did, but the bank said that transaction has nothing to do with them and they cannot assist. Bolt sent me a reference number for the refund and still insisted that I should get my refund from the bank.
