Bolt public transport

I hope this finds you well Last week Sunday morning I requested a bolt ride from Vosloorus to Wattville and was charged R124 fine by me, the ride said it has arrived and to my suprise I didn't see it as I was waiting at the gate. I took an initiative and made a call and was told that my address said something else, fine by me but she said she is coming toy suprise she cancelled the trip and R19 was taken for cancellation that was done by the driver. I made another trip request and another R124 was taken from my account, okay this one came and took me to my destination. To my suprise bolt says I owe them R127 for because if my calculations are right they owe me R124-R19 for cancellation that wasn't even done by me. I'm so disappointed please help me cause as soon as my account has money they're going to take my R127 they claim I'm owing them.
