Bolt Poor Service and their Driver's Dishonesty

I was transported by Bolt Driver Wisani on the 20th September in Soweto. I forgot my cellphone in the car, when I called my phone Wisani confirmed finding it and promised to return it the following day because he was on his way to Limpopo.

I send a note to Bolt to report it even when I still expected Wisani to return it. My Sister is my witness because i was with her and used her phone to call my cellphone which Wisani answered. I asked him to confirm his name and he said Wisani, my Sister heard him because i was on speaker when talking to him. He never brought the phone and I wrote a complaint on the 24th, 27th and 30th September and was given the run around by this company. Only on the 08/11 after I sent another reminder was I told that Wisani says he did not see my cellphone and I can open a case at the police station if I am not happy with the outcome.

1. Bolt has allowed Wisani to drive us saying our safety is their priority. 2. Lack of consequences permitted by long delays in responding to customer complaints makes the likes of Wisani to continue robbing other innocent customers. 3. No one is safe to trust Bolt with safety for our lives or property. 4. I have no reason to lie about Wisani, I am a Minister in a very reputable church and I was going to conduct a funeral in the neighborhood.

I need anyone decent enough from Bolt to attend to this query and make sure that I get my SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 BACK FROM WISANI.
