Bolt poor service

I requested a Bolt send to deliver an order to my customer in attregeville on Friday 02 October around 12 noon My customer never received the package I reported this to Bolt support, they confirmed the parcel is with the driver Gave his number, I have been calling him after I sent him my location, he couldn't be bothered. He has my parcel which should have been delivered last Friday to a customer Luckily I had stock I delivered to my customer. I have paid for a service that was never rendered, 4 days down the line.
