Bolt pathetic support on refund

Horrible experience with Bolt support. Bolt deducted 5 payments from my bank account for rides that never even pitched as all the drivers cancelled. I have been asking their support team to communicate clearly regarding next steps for my refund but each time I get short nonchalant answers like ‘ please visit your bank ‘ wth man, I must now go to the bank but you incorrectly deducted from my bank account. There is also no support contact number to speak to someone. I would not advise people to use bolt.
