Bolt overcharging on trips

I ordered a bolt courier and was quoted R122. After receiving the package i have been charged R783. The driver was driving around for over 3 hours, soweto etc. I reported the incident to bolt and was told i should just rate the driver a 1 star. This doesnt solve the fact that i have to pay R783 for a driver who drove around on my account. This is not the first time that this has happened. Absolutely pathetic! Bolt has no customer service. Will definitely not use them again.
