Bolt overcharge

I'm so frustrated and angry! I requested a ride 3 times and all 3 times it was automatically cancelled. With that a big sum of money had been deducted from my bank account 6 times and now they say the bank has to release the money back to me. Why deduct it in the first place??!!!!! If it was small change I wouldn't make such a big deal out of it but it is money that I needed for the rest of the month. I'm so disappointed!!
