Bolt over debiting Bank accounts

I took a ride which R32 on the Bolt app, a journey which was less than 5km. Bolt deducted R230 & told me that I traveled 32km which is absurd. In the previous week Bolt has deducted R95 for a journey that I was supposed to pay R41. Thabiso from Bolt tells me that my ride was 32k after confirming that the GPS got errors just because they don’t want to refund my money. Both Bolt drivers & Bolt are acting in cahoots to swingle money out of passengers & I want to believe it is Zimbabweans who are doing these acts
