Bolt not removing the fleet car on my profile

I am partner with Bolt for many years now, I drove for a fleet company for three weeks then my private profile was replaced by the fleet profile, I am no longer on the fleet and I have asked the fleet company to remove me and that has not happen its been more than two days now, here is my problem bolt can not assist me to get my private profile so that I can add a new vehicle and start working. They keep on saying the fleet owners must remove me first and then they can assist me, I have a big problem with that I did not open my account for it to be controlled by the fleet owners.
