Bolt not reliable

Wow… I am soo shocked with what just happened. I have requested a trip for my parter, a lady by the name of Tracy Rimo accepted and only cancelled the trip when she got there because she thought the trip was local. When I requested again it was more with R33,00. I have lost confidence in Bolt. Why did she accept the trip in the first place
