Bolt nightmare

I left my car keys in my bolt ride that i had on 29 May 2024.

Driver did not respond when i tried to contact him. Bolt says they are not able to contact the driver but the driver is still making trips.

I have had to spend R2500 out of pocket to replace my keys because of your incompetence
