Bolt must unblocke people

The problem i have is because Bolt let my Boyfrnd buy a car and work with them for morethan 2years without having a problem with him about ******** recored .now because they are many cars around they blocked him because he gt ******** record bt at frst they told him it is fyn to work wth them with ******** record.now we are facing difficulties because we struggle to pay car installment. Bolt just turned evrything upside down and we wr relying on bolt .since they made my bf buy the car to drive with them.now because they blocked him thers no income
