Bolt Money Theft

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Bolt yesterday, 04/08/21. I requested a ride, which came to a total of R88.00 , then, I get a notification asking "How was your trip?" I had not even left my house! Also, the amount that was deducted from my account was R429.00! The drop off address was also not the same as what I'd requested. When I reached out to Bolt, they acknowledged the trip did not happen and would refund the R429.00 but only witbjnt 7 to 14 business days. I need that money now! They took it for no reason, Immediately, but I must wait over a week to get MY money back? Also the initial R88.00 was also deducted, despite there being no trip. Shocking service. I will never be using them again .
