Bolt lost items

Lost my phone in the car, it fell during the ride. I immediately called the drive then he refused to turn back even after i offered to make another payment. He said i should contact him in the morning to arrange where we can meet, he is no longer taking any of my calls and even tried with different numbers. Used Bolt support and email to report this, I am just given the run around that the trip does not exist on my account so they cannot help me. I am extremely disappointed by Bolt.
