BOLT LOST ITEM AND NO CONTACT INFO

I just lost my phone on Bolt. I called the number, it rang once and the driver switched it off. He literally drove away in a second as I searched myself and there was no car. The trip details surprisingly are not even shared on my app. No contact number or email to reach support. I obviously cannot contact support via the app.
