Bolt - Lie about their rates and Overcharge

This is just to unform you that I will be deleting Bolt as my preferred driving app. From now on I will only use Uber and Didi Rider.

I was charged this amount for the ride for my son to Auckland Park:

FNB :-) R214.00 reserved for purchase @ Bolt from FNB card a/c..121000 using card..

Then saw it was reversed:

FNB :-) REVERSAL of R214.00 for goods purchased from FNB card a/c..121000 using card.. 3Feb 17:15

Only to be charged more than R100 more for the SAME ride a day later.

FNB :-) R321.00 reserved for purchase @ Bolt from FNB card a/c..121000 using card.

This is false advertising and directly contravenes the consumer protection act.

From an extremely unhappy (ex) client
