Bolt (left of rooter in car)

Good day so on Monday 27 June I had a trip frm Maintenance court to bolani road, I mistakenly left my rooter, hence I asked to charge since we all stuffing from load shading.. I therefore left my rooter, tried contacting the driver minutes away, and he told me not to worry his coming back, I waited there, because he said he is heading to Orlando, hours later I contacted him asking his where about, told me his busy now, and I asked him to take my home address hence, my trip enden far from home, and he did, later he didn't pick up, thought to myself his busy, the second day tried contacting him he said he will not bring it, I should come to where he is, ohk cool asked him to send me his location, his refusing I asked him how can I come there if I dnt knw the place, the truth of the matter is that I haven't got help by now, am frustrated because I can't work and I got a written warning at work for not completing my daily work. I feel unsafe and uncomfortable using bolt now, because such people are the ones that are capable of kidnapping and robbing people, I have been using bolt and very aware that in such instances they return it quickly, first time I told the driver I'll composite him cause am fully aware his working but this this day, I haven't got helped. Bolt sa is busy writing me unnecessary emails and I feel hopeless
