Bolt lack of response

I used bolt alot but the last time my husband used them from jhb to pta the driver took a long way and ended up billing us R787 were it was supposed to be R491 I emailed them and they rep**** and said they can see the driver took a long way aroud so i must pay only R491 i told them they already took it off from my bank account so instead of refunding my money they took another R800 after emailing them a lafy came back to me saying i must email all the proof i did but never heard of them again

I had two drivers that day asking for the money cash after i daid no it goes off from my account they cancelled the ride so i guess bolt is loosing the battle
