Bolt knows how to take your money

On the 29th of September I booked a bolt when a driver was confirmed. Bolt deducted the amount that show next to the vehicle straight from my bank account. As we got close to my destination bolt made another deduction. I informed the driver because i have not even gotten out of the vehicle. Then i thought when i get home i would remove my card from the app. I got out of the vehicle and started walking to were i wanted to be and guess what? They deducted again, i called my bank and informed them about what had transpired. My bank said they couldn't do much as it was still pending. I called Bolt many days later and guess what their response is, it was a valid trip. I booked a trip while on a trip, I'm amazed at that. But i stay in South Africa I shouldn't be amazed.
