Bolt issue

I ordered a bolt by mistake yesterday around 18:30 they deducted R252 then I cancelled it the app show it will charge me R19 for cancellation which is OK but till now the rest of the money is not yet reversed when I send them the message they said I must contact my bank which I did my bank said they can see money out but bolt did not reverse my money which is the 3rd time they are doing this they always say it will take 14 days but it never so now am tired
