Bolt is very selfish

I got ****** while I was doing your trip and after that my license and other cards were taken with my phone and wallet and bolt decided to block while I lost my money and phne on the 31st January, I showed them affidavid and they still blocked me while I took time off from work to make surs that I get the license.

When must I get license while it was robbec now u blocking while I wanted money for this license process again.
