Bolt is unreliable with regards to refunds

Hi my name is Rochelle. I made countless attempts from February to date to receive my refund. The Bolt driver overcharged me and did not end the trip. Bolt advised that I would receive a refund within 10-14 days. It's been close to 3 months now. Then I was told that I need to contact my bank regarding the refund. There has been no credit done from Bolt as yet. I constantly request for my refund to be paid to my bank account and then I only receive automated responses that are not hopelessly unhelpful.
