Bolt is unreliable and needs to pull up their socks

I have been struggling for months now to get bolt drivers to get around. Often they are offline, busy or just unavailable. Safe to say, it's not very reliable. Sometimes, even worse, they do accept the ride, I wait for forever and then they cancel. I recently had an issue where the driver accepted the ride and it showed he had arrived even though he clearly hadn't, he refused to answer the phone or chat messages until the waiting time was over(which means I'd pay extra) Some drivers are often reckless when driving and sometimes not the nicest. Look some drivers are nice and very friendly and willing to go out of their way and are really just trying to make an honest living but bolt has to regulate and check up on those who are problems
