Bolt is unreliable

This is the first time that I had a problem with Bolt taxi. I ordered a taxi at about 10 to 8 this morning, the first taxi driver messed me around when I needed to urgently get to an appointment. 15 minutes later he sends me a message he arrived yet he was not even close. He told me to cancel him which I did. I then had to take another Bolt taxi but I just made it to my appointment. From what I saw on the Bolt app the Bolt driver was driving further and further away from where he was meant to go,he must have just started working for Bolt and doesn't know how gps works. Not impressed
