Bolt is *********

I received a promo on the Bolt app, on the 4th of March telling me I have a discount. I clicked on the promo, and it was greyed out saying the promo expired on the 3rd of March. I contacted Bolt and they coming up with all kinds of excuses. All I want to know, is why the promo appears on the 4th, if it expired on the 3rd. I use Bolt everyday, and normally if the have a promo, it will automatically go off against any trips booked
