Bolt is the worst with ******* who make it unsafe for passengers

Hello Peter 2 months ago I got a bolt ride and my phone accidentally fell but immediately noticed before driver left I tried to stop him and he drove off switched off the phone I reported to bolt and they told me they couldn't assist unfortunately I'm still paying for that phone as it was under foneyam rental from ackermans.
