Bolt is the worst and they don't know howto treat their customers unlike Uber cs they more professional cs i once forgot something inside the car but the driver denied that he saw it as expected but Uber made sure i get my stuff back

i took a bolt ride on 20/06/2024 in morning before 10am going to Cresta mall and i forgot my phone inside and tried calling it ryt away (less than 3 minutes after drop off)but it was already switched off which means the driver was intending to ***** it so i decided to go to the bolt office but i didn't get help because apparently the driver claims to not know it as expected but im 100% sure that he took. I tried calling him later again on the app and he became rude about it when i told him that i know he took it and switched it off immediately which proves that hes a ***** and bolt didn't do anything about it as usual . The drivers name is Makhi Moyo who's driving a Red Renault kwid KH83GVGP.
