BOLT IS THE WORSE!

I left my phone is the drivers backseat last night. The Bolt website alone is absolutely user friendly had it been user friendly I could have made contact with the driver immediately. The Support Team is worse! The faqs and guides are useless not user friendly! The Support team is wasting my time. I am still waiting on them to send me the drivers cellphone. its been two since they told they are sorry to hear that I lefty my phone in the car. The website says that the support is always available and the website takes you in loops all the time. So much time has been wasted already. Bolt is already the most expensive taxi Uber and Didi is cheaper. At least the Support could of been more supportive!
