BOLT is still BOLTING with my money

Over 2 weeks since BOLT bolted with my 7,500 rands de*****ed from my Visa card.. other than one request from them for detailed information...which I provided via email. ABSOLUTE SILENCE... BOLT has no contact details listed anywhere..
